Maria Altmann Deposition Vol. I, Tape 1

Deposition of Maria Altmann on May 29, 2002, Volume I, Tape 1 in the case of Altmann v. Republic of Austria. The case went all the way to the United States Supreme Court and ultimately resulted in the recovery of five paintings by Gustav Klimt valued at over $325 million. I took the deposition of my own client, Mrs. Altmann, while the case was on appeal, in order to preserve her testimony.
