Toxic self help is one of those insidious phenomenon that we don't notice much, but creeps up on you as you're perusing self help content. I want to be clear that I still deeply care about self improvement, but my problem is with how the marketing ruins our self esteem, and makes us feel like we're never going to be good enough.
