Perfect Tri Tip Recipe - Best Tri Tip Sandwich

Thank you for watching my tri tip recipe video. I reverse seared a couple of tri tips on my Yoder Frontiersman offset smoker and I made my favorite tri tip sandwich. You can run this exact recipe on a pellet smoker as well but nothing beats the flavor of an offset smoker. I first fell in love with tri tip sandwiches when I lived in Arizona a few years back. The rub I used was California Tri Tip from Cattlemans Grill and this has to be the best tri tip rub ever.
