Ever gotten close enough to a squirrel to get a good look at its mouth? If you have, you probably noticed their oddly bright orange teeth! Squirrels have orange teeth because they're covered in a special tough enamel. It lets the critters gnaw on hard nuts without breaking their little chompers.
