What is the best gift for a sailor? We pick up an entire new suit of sails for Florence and take them out for a test sail just in time for our next big ocean crossing. Mainsail, Genoa, Staysail and Spinnaker are all put through their paces on-board our blue water cruising yacht.

We are a British couple who set off from England in 2016 to fulfil our dream of sailing around the world on our 37ft sail boat, Florence. Along the way we share the live aboard lifestyle with the highs and lows of travelling around the world by boat, our own little tiny house. Boat life out at sea on the ocean.
