Winter cycling tips and inspiration from cold-weather women

While attending the 7th Winter Cycling Congress in Calgary, I asked a bunch of attendees for some tips and inspiration for winter cycling. And since winter cycling is seen, inexplicably, as a bit of a macho thing, I asked only women. Here's what they had to say.
