10-Minute Pelvic Floor Release & Mobility Flow | Pregnancy-Safe | Pelvic Floor PT
Join Dr. Mae Hughes for this pelvic floor release and mobility workout designed to support your pelvic floor, mobility, and nervous system and help you feel relaxed, balanced, and more comfortable in your body.
This guided class focuses on gentle, breath-led mobility and pelvic floor relaxation to help you restore movement, reduce tension, and improve coordination for pregnancy, postpartum, or everyday pelvic floor care.
All exercises are pelvic floor–friendly and pressure-managed, with cues to encourage relaxation, reduce guarding, and avoid unnecessary strain.
All you’ll need for this workout:
Foam roller (optional)
Pilates ball (optional)
Lacrosse ball (optional)
(All movements can be done without equipment.)
