iPhone SE Botched Repair Rescue - FPC Connector X 2 (and some other stuff)

In this video I repair an iPhone SE board that was sent in for connector replacement. I replace the digitizer connector (J4300) as well as the front flex connector (J3100). I also replace, C2410, C2411, FL2400 and C2400 all while lightly toasting the battery connector. The only thing left out is the harvesting of J3100 from the donor board.

After this video, I installed a new screen and did in-fact have troubles with the dinged up home button which requirs replacement. Bummer for touch ID! No other issues found though - everything is 100% functional.

If I could record this video over again, I would have put a metal shield with a 90 degree corner over that battery connector although you would never notice the light toasting without magnification. :)
The camera on my hands is set on manual focus and was out of focus for most of the video.... but it'll be ok, I'll fix it next time :D

Sometimes it is wise to settle for less than perfect when you need to keep the line moving and your repair is already functionally robust. So many times I've nitpicked that one pin on a connector that didn't look sparkling perfect and melted a big spot causing me to have to replace the whole thing. In this video, you will see some less than perfect stuff but this is a sturdy repair.
