Taco Casserole Recipe | Easy High Protein Meal Prep

This taco casserole is a simple, high-protein meal made with just 5 ingredients. It bakes firm, slices clean, and holds together—perfect for meal prep or a family dinner. No cream, no fluff—just real food that tastes amazing.
Taco Casserole
Serves: 4–6 | Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 taco seasoning packet
– 5 eggs
– 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
– (Optional) 1 tbsp grated parmesan– Salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning and cook until no liquid remains.
2. Press cooked beef into a greased 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
3. In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in shredded mozzarella and optional parmesan.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the beef and tilt to spread evenly.
5. Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes, until golden and firm.
6. Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
