Rules = Less than, 0
Font color = RED
Fill color = None
4) Add another rule
5) Remaining/Early
Rules = Greater than, 0
Font color = BLUE
6) Add another rule
7) Today
Rules = Is equal to, 0
Font color = GREEN
8) Done
