1. ITS OKAY NOT TO UNPLUG
Don't worry when others tell you to unplug on your wedding day. I am so glad that I have all of these personal memories on my phone and instagram that are candid moments taken by my friends and I.

2. THE WEATHER MIGHT SUCK
Seriously, I thought the worst thing that could happen to us on wedding day, was rain! That was the complete wrong mentality, because the wedding I went to last week, that it rained at during the ceremony, was actually one of the most beautiful ceremonies ever! Rain won't ruin the day. But the heat might make you sweat your face off. Regardless, the weather might suck. Be prepared.

3. PREPARE FOR THE WEATHER
Prepare for the weather with your hairstyles, dress styles, and even the food! I promise you'll thank yourselves later.

4. YOU WILL GET A MEAN ADRENALINE RUSH
This was kind of a given... You're about to walk down the aisle and you can't remember or feel anything! The adrenaline rush is so real, and I wish someone would have warned me about it a little more.

5. LEARN TO LAUGH AT THE FUNNY THINGS
Funny things will happen, so make sure you laugh at them! Don't get too nervous or too anxious to forget this is the most special day of your life, and you can laugh all dang day if you want!

6. PEOPLE WON'T WATCH YOU DANCE
My daddy and I practiced out dance over and over, and people didn't really watch after the first few seconds.. That's perfectly fine, though! It helps to know this if you get nervous about dancing in front of others!

7. DON'T GIVE UP WHAT YOU WANT
Over and over again they told us the tent we wanted wouldn't fit at the venue, and we were persistent enough that the company, sure enough, made it fit at the venue! We were so glad we got to use it! Don't give up what you want. No matter how big or small.

8. OPEN BARS ARE FUN, BUT DANGEROUS
Be careful when having an open bar... While it can help everyone loosen up a little bit, it can get dangerous, so make sure you have bartenders that watch out for people that may be too drunk!
(Always remember not to drink and drive.)

9. COORDINATORS SOMETIMES SUCK
My coordinator was easily one of the worst I've ever seen... I talk in detail about this in the video, and I did end up mentioning her name, Monica. She owns "Best Day Ever Wedding & Event Planning." This is NOT the company in California. There IS a company in CA with the same name, but Monica is located in Greer, SC. I hate to throw all of that in, but if you search her name, the California vendor comes up, and I have had no contact with them.

10. PEOPLE MIGHT MISBEHAVE
As you can see in the video, the coordinators assistant also had some pretty unprofessional behavior. Know what I mean? Check it out if you haven't already. It might make your blood boil like it still does to mine.

11. IF THINGS DON'T GO RIGHT, DO IT AGAIN!
This was such a fun little story to tell of your grand exit having to be done twice! We actually got to slow down and enjoy it more the second time, and now we have incredible pictures and videos! If something doesn't go right for pictures on your wedding day, just do it again! That's one of those funny things to remember to laugh about!

12. TRAVELING AFTER SUCKS!
I wish I would have listened and taken a day for travel after the wedding, because traveling after the longest (most amazing) day ever, was exhausting! You can do it if you wish, but take a minute to sleep if you can. It'll make everything easier!
