If you've ever wondered how to make Grenadian Oil Down, this is the video for you. We show you the entire process from beginning to end (as well as how we make our own coconut milk from scratch) and, spoiler alert, it tasted really, really good!!! Main Ingredients:
Coconut Milk
Breadfruit
Green Bananas (as well as any other ground provisions of your choosing)
Flour (for dumplings)
Meat of your choice (options include chicken, turkey, salted fish, salted beef, salted pork)
Callaloo
Vegetables of your choice
Turmeric/Saffron
Spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon
