0.5 Banana, 50g Grated Carrot,
50g Cottage Cheese,
1 tbsp Egg Replacer,
0.5 tsp Baking Soda.
For cream:
Soft cottage cheese 150g
Dates 50g
Blend all ingredients until smooth.Cook pancakes on the pan for 3-4 minutes each side.Blend 150g soft cottage cheese with 50g dates for the cream.Layer pancakes with cream.
