Barbequing Veggies

BBQ season doesn't have to revolve around meat to be delicious.
One of my favourite ways to add flavour to veggies and tofu is with a simple marinade made from equal parts pickle juice, tamari (or soy sauce), and olive oil. Soak, skewer, grill, and enjoy!

Not up for making skewers? No problem. There are so many tasty veggie and bean burgers available now that are packed with plant protein and fibre, making it easier than ever to add more plants to your plate.
