Cyberpunk 2077 - Panam can't drive

I'd run into this same error on this mission a couple of times before this time figuring out what was causing my bike to go flying.

Panam jumps on the heavier of the two bikes at the start of the mission if you take Scorpion's bike. Because I was so far ahead, the game rubber-banded her to catch up to me, which caused the collision.
