How to Overcome a Creative Block in Watercolor

After time away from painting, it can be hard to get started again. There are a few things you can do to ease back into your creative zone and get inspiration flowing again, and the number one thing is just to come and paint. Don't "make a painting," just plan to paint, to be present in the process, and let the paint move without expectations.

Learning to be more present in the process will strengthen your ability to paint more intuitively, to express your personal style and put more "you" in your paintings.

If you're feeling blocked, fear can play a big role in holding you back. Sign up for my "Fearless Artist" email series and break through emotional barriers to creativity: http://bit.ly/2HYFwpS
