Needling, Wire Brushing, and Painting the Last Rim on the John Deere 2510

Finally ready to start painting the last rim on the John Deere 2510. Started with the plate, then moved on to preparing the rim itself. Purchased a needle scaler to help in removing the large amount of rust on the rim. Seemed to work quite well.
