Sunday Gym Session 5/17:

Early morning sessions hit different when you’re short on time but still determined to put in real work. One of the biggest things that’s helped me maximize my training as a natural bodybuilder is SUPERSETTING my workouts to keep intensity high, improve conditioning, and get more volume done efficiently.

Today’s session was 1 hour 43 minutes with over 52,000 lbs moved and every minute counted. 💪🏾

Some of the supersets I focused on today:

🔥 Incline Bench Press + Assisted Pull Ups
🔥 Dumbbell RDLs + Hack Squats
🔥 Pec Deck + Rear Deltoid Flys
🔥 Iso-Lateral High Rows + Lateral Raises
🔥 Smith Machine Work + Core Circuits

Finished strong with:
✔️ Crunch Machine
✔️ Russian Twists
✔️ Planks
✔️ Toe Taps
✔️ Hanging Leg Raises

When you train naturally, consistency, intensity, and smart programming matter. You don’t always need endless hours in the gym; sometimes you just need better structure and intentional effort.
