Tis' the season for pumpkin spice everything. I thought I'd give you my recipe for a pumpkin spice simple syrup and how to make the best pumpkin spice latte and cold brew cold foam.

1 1/2 cup filtered water
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. fresh Ginger
