We show you the Royal Towers Apartments in Manhattan, Kansas which these apartments appear to be imminently in danger, about to collapse due to severe concrete spalling and cracks on many critical support beams, as well as severe spalling, concrete buckling, and chips out of the concrete and the walkways in front of apartment units on the catwalks. We also show you disintegrating staircases exposing the rebar and showing how the concrete is no longer rated to support the loads as designed. Why hasn't the city moved to condemn this apartment building? It seems they have forgotten about Champlain Towers South Condo Collapse in the Miami Beach town of Surfside.
