We all know lightning magic is OP in Skyrim… but what happens when every lightning spell actually makes you stronger?

In this modded Skyrim challenge, I start as a weak mage using Sparks, but with every enemy I defeat using shock magic, I grow more powerful—unlocking new abilities, stronger spells, and eventually becoming a literal god of thunder.

Using mods like Ordinator, Odin, and Apocalypse Magic, I push shock magic to its absolute limit, stacking destruction perks, infinite magicka, and insane chain lightning damage to completely break the game.

From clearing bandit forts with nothing but lightning… to mastering the College of Winterhold... to taking down powerful bosses like Ancano and the Ebony Warrior using ONLY shock spells—this run turns into complete chaos.

By the end I’m not just using lightning magic, I’ve become the storm that is approaching.

Unlock the strongest shock spells in Skyrim
Reach 100% destruction cost reduction
Defeat Ancano using only lightning
Become a god of thunder
