How to clean/replace throttle body 2010 corolla

Electronic Throttle Body 2010 Toyota Corolla
Removing for cleaning or replacement of electronic throttle body 2010 Toyota Corolla.
First disconnect negative battery terminal ( that should be done every time you work under the hood ), remove plastic cover, disconnect air duct from throttle body disconnect wiring harness of throttle body, and all vacuum air hoses connected to it, disconnect 2 cooling lines from the throttle body and plug them with bolts to prevent leak of coolant, remove 4 fasteners of the throttle body 2 bolts and 2 nuts size 10mm, then remove the throttle body it self and clean it with the appropriate cleaner do not spray directly on it and when cleaning make sure the electric actuator is always top side to prevent anything liquid from getting in it, gaskets can be wiped out beyond that I wouldn’t worry too much, mass air flow sensor can be removed easy but be carful its very sensitive and delicate part mostly stays clean, if you suspect its dirty use a safe cleaner for it. After putting back together start the engine if the rpm is high give it some time to warm up it will reset it self for 800 to 900 rpm if every thing is good and it should run very smooth.
