San Diego: Freeway Homicide of Rapper OG YD 03202021 (UPDATED)

A woman called 911 telling the dispatchers that people were shooting at the car she was in and her boyfriend had been shot in the chest. SDPD officers found the car parked on the right shoulder and 2 males and 1 female in the car. Both males had been shot.

The driver was shot in the chest and officers immediately started CPR and the firefighters took over when they arrived. The male was in CPR status as the ambulance took him to Mercy Hospital. The 2nd male was shot at least once in the arm. The female was not injured.

The officers will be shutting down the southbound I-805 to look for shell casings. The Dodge Charger had several bullet holes on the drivers’ side.

UPDATE: The victim has been IDed as Rapper OG YD. Some of his raps include Kings Flow Part 1, Eye See Your Dreams, 522, & Wavy
