FINISHING MY $1,200 CHEVY VOLT REBUILD

You can never own enough Chevy Volts (or something like that) I said while buying my 3rd. This is a bricked 2013 1st generation Volt that I was told had a clean title... only after bringing it home I found out it was salvaged. Either way I brought it back to life enough to get it on the trailer, and today we're going to find out just how bad a $1,200 EV can be.
