Guys, I live here in US and I've been asked that many, many times if it's illegal. It's all legal !!! You can order Cuban cigars online, store them and smoke them on territory of US.
The only thing that is illegal, is to sell them on US territory, so for that reason you will not gonna find Cuban cigars in your local cigar stores. Also you can not import Cuban cigars from Cuba to US. So all shipping comes from Switzerland or Hong Kong. But when you visiting Cuba, as a tourist, you can actually bring a limited amount of cigar for your personal use! not a big deal.
Just know that Cuban cigars, Cuban cigar companies are know for bad quality control... so ugly wrapper and some mold that absolutely normal, if u want perfection you gonna spend a lot of money... for example Cohiba Behike for $90 a peace!!!
