Jacqui Lambie calls for Anthony Albanese to tackle issues ‘on the ground’
Independent Senator Jacqui Lambie says the Prime Minister will have to “be on the ground” next year as Australians experience a cost of living and energy crisis.
“People are really doing it tough out there,” Ms Lambie told Sky News Australia.
Ms Lambie says there is “no action” going on from the Albanese government to tackle cost of living issues.
“It is really starting to crunch out there in the community and it’s getting really, really difficult.
“It is up to them to be able to make people’s cost of living out there easier and I just don’t think they’re doing that – they are taking their eye off the ball.”
