Backstory: This video was filmed on March 12, 2020. My niece was in town and I asked her to videotape me while I did a Reiki demo. I knew that it would be wise to have a Reiki demo since I could see in-person classes would likely be on hold for awhile.

Coronavirus: With the coronavirus follow the most restrictive guidelines recommended for your area. The beautiful thing about Reiki is you can also practice remotely. If doing in-person Reiki you can do Reiki with non-contact. In this time of COVID-19 both practitioner and recipient should wear a mask. And few if any placements should be done over the face or head while the client is face up.
