Best Vegan / Plant-Based Protein Sources

When I tell people that I'm "predominantly plant-based," the first question they usually ask is: "So how do you get your protein?" While it's a ridiculous question, considering that all whole plant foods contain protein, I am happy to educate others on the array of delicious, healthy options for obtaining vegan protein!

Here are my top 10 favorite sources of plant-based protein:
1. Chia seeds
2. Tofu
3. Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
4. Quinoa
5. Hemp Seeds
6. Peanut Butter Powder
7. Oats
8. Nutritional Yeast
9. Broccoli
10. Lentils
