Wrangler Unlimited Rattling Noise

This noise only seems to happen when the Jeep has a load on the engine, such as going uphill, turning really tight at low speeds, or trying to take off from a stop in 2nd gear. I'm able to get the sound to go away if I hold the clutch about half-way in. Thoughts? Also has a pretty loud noise when the clutch is disengaged. Happens in all drive modes, 2hi, 4hi, 4low.
