How to be a mental health coach

Ella always wanted to help people feel better, so she decided to become a mental health coach. She knew that sometimes people feel sad or worried, and she wanted to teach them how to feel stronger and happier. To be a good coach, Ella went to school and learned a lot about feelings and how the mind works.
