YAKUZA 7 ENEMY RANDOMIZER! (Part 3)

Randomizers finally say hi to Yakuza, with the first randomizer mod (at least as far as I've seen) that drops! This one is for Yakuza: Like a Dragon or Yakuza 7, and it changes all enemies to be completely random, meaning you could find someone like a late-game boss at the early game!
