How to Harvest Kale (+ Kale Chips Recipe)

Harvesting kale can be done one of two ways: a cut and come again style where you only remove the largest leaves, allowing the plant to grow, and removing the entire plant (as I do in this video). Harvest early in the morning for best flavor and crispness. If you're harvesting a lot of kale at once, enjoy this quick and easy kale chips recipe:

- Kale
- Salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- Enough olive oil to lightly coat the surface of each leaf

Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes until lightly crispy, then enjoy!
