Seiko 5 Sports... SKX Replacement or upgrade? (See the LUME of the blacked hands and indices)

Unboxing of the new Seiko 5 Sports SBSA025 Black. People calle it blackout, stealth, among others.

I did some obeservation, comparision and lumes.
You can actually see the Lume in this video, however it is very faint because it is blacked out.
