Commodore 16 | 64k RAM Upgrade

I upgrade the RAM in my Commodore 16 to a far more useful 64 kilobytes.

Fast forward to 9:20 to see me actually modding the C16.

Compatible RAM chips: 4464 or 41464 with 200ns or less access time
