【茄汁控必食】日式拿破崙意粉 原來是矜貴美食?|Spaghetti Napolitan|下駅味來 Bigboyrecipe

有看過深夜食堂的人,應該對拿破崙意粉一點也不陌生。但其實拿破崙意粉正統一點來說,應該是拿玻里意粉。拿玻里是意大利南部的一個城市,以番茄意粉聞名於世。 據說,拿玻里意粉是日本二戰戰敗後,由一位日本酒店廚師為一位美國將軍所煮的菜式。這位廚師就參考意大利拿玻里的番茄意粉,再加點日式配料煮出這道饒富東瀛味道的意粉。後來,拿破崙意粉廣而傳之,很多日本餐廳爭相仿效,但由於戰後的日本物資匱乏,於是把新鮮番茄醬改成即用番茄醬,對很多日本人來說,這道拿破崙意粉可說是矜貴美食。

所以番茄醬可說是拿破崙意粉的靈魂,今次我用上做番茄產品做得出神入化的KAGOME 番茄醬,這支日本No.1 的番茄醬含有極豐富的茄紅素,吃起來番茄味特別濃郁🍅 加上它的軟身樽裝設計,易唧易用,日本人於產品設計的細心度認真世一!

材料(1人前):
KAGOME 番茄醬 50克
意粉 100克
洋蔥 1/4個
香腸 2根
蘑菇 3顆
青椒 1根
日式喼汁 1湯匙
鹽 1撮
油 適量
巴馬臣芝士粉 適量

Spaghetti Napolitan is a famous pasta dish with a touch of Japanese flavour. The idea of spaghetti with ketchup may make many Italian feel surprised, but it will certainly win hearts whoever has tried it. The history of Spaghetti Napolitan could trace back to post WWII, when a Japanese hotel head chef was struggling what to cook for a U.S. General. He then make reference to the Napoli style of spaghetti, but since tomato sauce was a rare ingredient at that time, ketchup was used as a substitute for the pasta. And it tasted absolutely amazing.

Ketchup is definitely a hero in this pasta dish. And top quality tomato ketchup sauce could make it even better. Spaghetti 100g
Onion 1/4 bulb

Salt 1 pinch
Oil to taste
Parmesan Powder to taste
