WHAT IS CLAMP?
If you never heard of them, they are a group of 4 women who are manga artists, certainly one of the most influential and succesfull manga groups/authors of the 90's.
They began as doujinshi artists but went pro in 1989 with RG Veda. Since then, a lot of their work has been animated.
April Fools = Clamp?
CLAMP has a connection with this date - some important characters have their birthday on this day. In 2016, they even joked about the foundation of "April 1st CO.", which they made Sakura Kinomoto the CEO.
