In Tallinn, 1979, Bozidar Ivanovic faced Mikhail Tal in the Scotch Game.

Tal tried to create kingside pressure with his usual dangerous energy, but Ivanovic stayed calm, traded the right pieces, and slowly turned the attack around.

The critical phase begins with 28.f4, followed by 29.f5+ and the brutal final advance 32.f6. Suddenly, Tal’s king is trapped and White’s passed pawn becomes the executioner.

This is a rare dark-side reversal:
