Colonel's Family Protests In Patiala, Demands CBI Probe Into Police Assault | India Today

The family of Colonel Pushpendra Singh Baat, who was allegedly assaulted by Punjab police, staged a protest in Patiala demanding a CBI inquiry. The incident occurred on March 13-14 at a roadside eatery. The colonel's wife, Jaswinder Kaur Bath, claims police harassment and a delayed FIR. Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav called the incident an aberration but assured appropriate action.
