How To Layer Heat Transfer Vinyl With Siser Easy Weed & Siser Strip Flock Pro #shorts

Layering heat transfer vinyl can allow you to create unique designs that you can’t make with anything else.
Today we are going to show you a simple two color example using Siser Easyweed as our bottom layer and then Siser Strip flock pro as our top layer.
Siser easyweed is your standard HTV and the Strip flock Pro is a specialty HTV with with a soft touch that feels like felt.
Before cutting your design make sure you mirror or reverse the image.
Strip Flock Pro is also a little thicker than most other HTV so using a 60° blade is recommended and you will want to extend the blade and set the downforce to around 110 to 120 and speed from 180 to 200.
MY heat press is set to 305°f with a timer set for 12 seconds.
I am also going to be layering the strip flock pro over the Siser Easy weed so after centering everything with my T-square I can quickly set the Siser Easy weed down with just a quick 2 second press.
This will help prevent any shrinking and after peeling away the backer I can line up position the second layer by eye with ease.
For this second press we are going to press for the full 12 seconds at 305° and then peel away the backer and do another 12 second finishing press and our shirts are ready to go!
