Spain: How to remove artex fast - Day 3 of renovations at our house in La Mata, Torrevieja, Spain

After trying to get the artex from the ceiling for an hour with it being extremely stubborn. I started trying different chemicals from under the sink to find that vinegar worked extremely well. Watering it down we managed to strip the ceiling in around a 5th of the time. But just as importantly without as much effort.
