Gilera GP 900 '20… 80 cavalli di razza!!! – Concept/Rendering ed elaborazione grafica di Tommaso D’Amico, architetto, designer. Altro “supermaxiscooter” del gruppo Piaggio, con l’Aprilia SRV, al vertice per prestazioni con moderne tecnologie. Con l’operazione di restyling proposta per il 2020 ho cercato, prospettando varie modifiche, di non trascurare l’aspetto tradizionale che contraddistingue tutti i modelli del marchio italiano. I molteplici aggiornamenti estetici evidenziano l’aspetto aggressivo e al tempo stesso affascinante del concept. Il colore rosso con il potentissimo motore evidenziano l’aspetto sportivo dello scooter. Il sellino con bordature in tono, rifinito con cuciture a vista, sono particolari estetici che andranno a fare la differenza ed a valorizzarne il carattere brillante. Il presente studio vuole essere un incentivo a considerare nuovamente l’idea di ridare vita a qualcosa di straordinario che ha fortemente toccato l’immaginario collettivo.

Gilera GP 900 '20 ... power, technology and tradition!!! - Concept / Rendering and graphic elaboration by Tommaso D’Amico, architect, designer. Another "supermaxiscooter" of the Piaggio group, with the Aprilia SRV, at the top for performances with modern technologies. With the restyling operation proposed for 2020, I tried, considering various modifications, not to neglect the traditional aspect that distinguishes all the models of the Italian brand. The multiple aesthetic updates highlight the aggressive and at the same time fascinating aspect of the concept. The red color with the very powerful engine highlight the sporty aspect of the scooter. The saddle with matching edges, finished with visible stitching, are aesthetic details that will make the difference and enhance its brilliant character. The present study wants to be an incentive to consider again the idea of reviving something extraordinary that has strongly touched the collective imagination.
