CSS Course Part 11: Real-World Project, The Cafe Menu Styling
It’s time to put everything you’ve learned into practice by building a real-world project.
In this lesson, Part 21 of our Full HTML & CSS Course and the final project (Part 11) of the CSS module, we take the raw HTML structure we built previously and transform it into a stunning, modern Cafe Menu. We will move away from theory and focus on the "Design-in-Code" workflow to create a production-ready interface.
What we will accomplish in this project:
Layout Architecture: Using Flexbox and CSS Grid to organize menu categories.
Custom Typography: Implementing a "Swiss-style" minimalist aesthetic with clean fonts.
Responsive Design: Ensuring the menu looks perfect on both mobile devices and desktop.
Interactive Elements: Adding smooth hover effects and transitions to menu items.
CSS Best Practices: Using variables for colors and spacing to keep our code clean.
