Homemade BB8 Droid V2.0 Teaser (YouTube Shorts)

I made a real life BB8 Starwars Droid (v5.0)! Visit my profile for BB8's tutorials! This is a teaser for the (V2.0-V5.0) how to tutorial that I'm posting soon. Just like my old V1.0 tutorial, 3D printers and other fancy machineries weren't used to build the V2.0 droid.

V2.0 was built back in 2017 and is my most stable build among the non 3D printed builds that I have made. V3.0 was when I started incorporating 3D printed brackets and parts. V4.0 is technically V3.0 but made with a custom MCU and driver board design. V5.0, my latest build features an STM32 MCU, a custom high power H-Bridge mosfet driver design and has a tiny Intel Atom PC inside for future implementation of image processing for AI purposes. On my latest version a 3-axis servo joint was added within the system for tilting the head 180° across the hemisphere to add more life. Stay tuned for the 5 part series as I will slowly release them one by one.

If you're wondering why I'm posting vertical videos now. I'm trying out YouTube Shorts (Google's version of tiktok). Let me know if you want me to stop posting vertical vids. I still have no idea how this appears on your end of the app/ browser.
