Tesla Took This AMG GT In On Trade?!

This one definitely caught my attention.

A yellow 2017 Mercedes-AMG GT with only 33,000 miles showed up at auction.

Black interior. Beautiful condition. And what made it even more interesting?

It was being sold by Tesla.

Now that raises a lot of questions.

Did someone trade it in on a Model S?

A Model X?

Maybe even a Cybertruck?

Whatever the story was, somebody decided to give up one of Mercedes’ most iconic sports cars.

Fun Fact: The AMG GT wasn’t built by Mercedes-Benz engineers alone. It was developed almost entirely by AMG, Mercedes’ high-performance division, making it one of the closest things to a hand-built German sports car that Mercedes offered at the time.

Under the hood sits a handcrafted twin-turbo V8 that helped establish the AMG GT as a serious competitor to cars costing much more.

And in yellow?

You definitely aren’t losing it in a parking lot.
