Easy Elf Hat Tutorial No Sew

No Sew last minute elf hat.

They have so many santa hats out there but elf hats are very hard to find, even at the dollar store, so I quickly made this guy up in about 10 minutes. Yup it is that fast and easy to make.

Hot Glue Gun
Scissors
Marker
