Palanpur Greenfield Bypass: Foundation stone laid for ₹562-crore road

Today at Palanpur, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel laid the foundation stone for the Palanpur Greenfield Bypass Road, which will be constructed at a cost of ₹562 crore.

The highway will feature international-standard facilities, including a median with a green belt, a drainage system, and state-of-the-art road furniture.

Once completed, traffic will be diverted outside Palanpur city, from Jagana village to Songadh, reducing congestion within the city.

The project is expected to save citizens’ time and fuel while providing greater ease of transportation.

Additionally, the bypass is anticipated to play a significant role in boosting local business and industry.
