Bracelet design: historical knots

The Mattew Walker knot used in this bracelet is tied in the way commonly used in Asian style knotting, who refer to it as a double connection knot.

The celtic button knot is knot #545 in the Ashley book of knots. it is essentially a three lead four bight turks head knot tied as a stopper knot
