Mushroom Foraging Long Island

I went for a walk at a state park on Long Island with no intention of foraging., but when I saw these chicken of the woods mushrooms I couldn’t pass them up. Back at my moms house I made a vegetarian chicken Alfredo using my chicken mushrooms.
