Former FDA chief Dr. Scott Gottlieb on how coronavirus continues to spread despite lockdown

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo shared a startling statistic on Tuesday. Citing early data from about 100 hospitals, he said roughly two-thirds of new coronavirus hospitalizations are people who had been staying home.
