We had a trading competition for one month to see who could perform the best with a small trading account. What happened during that month surprised me and forced me to rethink what I was doing.

We had rules that forced us to use appropriate risk management and a main-stream broker (and yes, it was a live trading account). This wasn't about seeing who could gamble their way to victory, it was about trading properly and trading well. There were some ups and downs, but the outcome was quite interesting.
